Frederic Watriss Residence
The Frederic Watriss residence, built by Delano & Aldrich c. 1920 in Brookville. The house suffered a significant fire and was later rebuilt. Today it bears little resemblance to what Delano & Aldrich had originally created, though it is still a very pleasant house. It now serves as the administration building for the DeMatteis Center at St. Francis Hospital. Click HERE to see the Watriss House on google earth.

Frederick Watriss was the step-father of socialite Brenda Frazier who lived at "Midland Farms/Meadowood" in the 1940's.
