This may seem like a crazy inquiry that you may not have the answer to but here it goes: I am trying to get married this spring and I know some older, historical houses sometimes rent ballrooms to people for events. Some historical societies I've spoken to have had some nice places, but all out of my budget. Would you happen to know if any of the houses open for public viewing, allow people to rent a large room for an event?
