It is still there. It is on the west side of Main Street, Sag Harbor. The porches on each side of the still existing bay window are gone unfortunately. The house is painted a light yellow.
I can't find my book to check the reference, but didn't the author Lady Carolyn Blackwood live in an historic home in Sag Harbor? In her bio there's a photo of her on the porch, and although I can't find my copy of the book to check the photo, I'd swear it was a Victorian house like this one.

I think it is still there, painted white as I recall. I have driven past it but can't remember the name of the street!

Forgot to mention the house is opposite Palmer Terrace on Main Street.

Is it on the corner of Rysham? I think that this is the same house that my husband and I looked at in 1988? It was being run as a boarding house.
