Oyster Bay with landscaping by A. Roland Sargent. The house was later renamed '
Mill River Farm' and was demolished sometime in the '50s. The outbuildings, including the farm group and playhouse, have since been converted into residences. Click

It's a shame they demolished this house. I have an old article from an architectural magazine that shows interior pics and floorplans, and the house is comparable in size to some of the large McMansions they build today.
I always hate to see an old building torn down -- it is so sad.
