A brochure advertising 'Northcourt', the Lawrence Hobart Shearman estate designed by James O'Connor c. 1918 in North Hills. Shearman was the vice president of W.R. Grace & Co. (O'Connor was used frequently by the Grace family). The estate was eventually sold to Frederick Lunning and later became part of the Buckley Country Day School.
