You know, when you post sad buildings like this it makes me want to get into my car and move in.

As long as you don't mind competing with some local critters who've made the place their home for the last fifteen years. Just make sure you've had a rabies shot.

But in all seriousness, I think it would take something like $2 million to bring the main house back up to working order. As for the stables and barn complex, I couldn't guess but there are at least 50+ stalls and 2 big barns plus breeding pens. It was an enormous operation.
