I think the Geddes family may still live in this house.

I love houses like this with white painted brick, consistent with its original design intent. There is a trend across America to paint brick houses celadon or caramel in an effort to update them, but it is not all successful on early 20th houses of textured, tapestry brick of dark but varied coloration and matching mortar that played such an important part of the presentation of the house.
I had to double check that I correctly tagged Punkin Hill - without the whitewash covering the red brick the house takes on a totally different character. Looks like the simpler overhang at the front door has been changed to span the whole front entrance.
The brick courtyard looks as if it's gone also.

I am driving myself nearly crazy trying to figure out how to reconfigure a courtyard in the country.
Posts like yours, which posit offhand perfection, long ago, make my life materially worse.
