Some houses in Woodmere built for developer Robert L. Burton, owner of 'Albro House' in Lawrence. Click HERE for more on 'Albro House'. The first two houses were designed by Ernest Flagg and the other two by Rossiter & Wright.

I find it interesting that only garden views are shown of the first two houses while both entrance/street elevation and garden elevation are shown for the third. Although I understand the logic behind the titles, I would have thought the names of the (first) homeowners would have been given as these are clearly not just built and, one would think, have required the owners' permission to be photographed and published.
Are there not 4 houses shown, 2 by Flagg and 2 others? The first two plans while very similar show different exteriors, one being 3 storeys tall? I do like the designs and Flagg's homes are particularly appealing.
Yes...t'was a typo.
My question is made more difficult by Classicist's comment about street views: does anyone know if any of these four (I count four)houses still stand?
What size plots were these homes built on?
And what became of the Sam Woods estate, was that home demolished to make way for these?
