Dedicated to the preservation of Long Island's 'gold coast' estates and other things old.
Off-topic:It seems not everyone is a fan of The Washington Square Arch --http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/arch_nemesis_C4ZJ55Hv2apfKVMX6FME1L
Are those weeds I spy in Mrs. Vanderbilt's garden path?Marvelous composition. It really does look as if it should be on the outskirts of Deauville, doesn't it?As to the Washington Square Arch story---testosterone and madness make for a very bad combination. I'm glad I was the sort of little boy who liked to play with building toys and not guns.
As I commented before ~ so Storybook !
