'Beacon Towers'

Zach, that post card of Beacon Towers is a gem of a old find. The car in the forecourt gives a bit more scale to the structure that is often lost.
Based on the large foundation plantings this picture appears to be late in the buildings life. Was there a time when the large Hearst installed entrance portal was removed or sold off as it does not appear to be shown in this photo? Archibuff

That is a very good spot... and very strange. The entrance almost appears as a blank wall in the postcard.
