The J. Sergeant Cram Estate
The John Sergeant Cram estate built c. 1900 in Old Westbury. Cram was an attorney and member of the Public Service Commission. The estate was destroyed by fire in the 1980s, click HERE for photos.

Very picturesque. The replacement residence is quite the eyesore.
So many mansions lost to fire, makes you wonder.
Was this the estate that was sectioned off as apartments at one time?
