Anon. That asking price is a joke of course but considering the owners cannot continue to pay the taxes or upkeep they'll pretty much have to take whatever 7-figure offer is given.
Just maybe a Waves like condo conversion (Newport) could come out of the deal. It's in two parcels but further subdividing would be tough and opposition stiff.
