Same type comment as regarding April 27, 2015, posting of 'Beacon Towers' - couldn't the photographer have waited until at least the lawn was sodded?
This is undoubtedly one of the first photos taken of the completed house.

Freshly built and beautiful even bare and void of the landscaping to come. Is this postcard not a sketch/rendering copied from a photograph? NY
