Built for I. Townsend Burden, Jr., by Addison Mizner in 1916 in Brookville. Mizner incorporated an old stable and carriage house into the main house, and connected the two via a servants wing. Burden had asked for this, and the result was a courtyard that served as the formal entrance. Today the house serves as offices for NYIT. Click HERE to see 'Delbarton' on google earth.
