Newsday Noticed!
I would like to thank Darren Sands for mentioning Old Long Island in 'Newsday' this past Sunday, and for all of you who found this place through Newsday, here's a picture just for you.
Grape vines, growing towards the front of Henry Carnegie Phipps' estate 'Spring Hill' in Old Westbury. Who knew Old Westbury could produce wine worthy grapes?
Old Westbury might be the prettiest part of Long Island. Our dad grew up there and I still remember visiting when we were kids. It's just so beautiful.
