Does this allee also run in front of C.Z. Guests house? If so I believe I've seen it and it is very beautiful. Thank you for showing it in the winter as well as in the fall. Was it ever part of a drive?

The allee you are speaking of is at Jay Phipps' house, this particular one above is his brother Hal's estate. The one you mention is one of three very long and still intact allees at Old Westbury Gardens. One is the driveway, the runs through the Guest estate, the second runs North and ends at the Eastbound service road to the LIE. The third runs South and ends at Jericho Turnpike. As for the estate above, this is one of two, this one sat at the Southern end of the lower garden level, the large wall of which you can see by clicking the Spring Hill link in the labels section. The second on the estate is beyond the main gate.
