East Farm
Archibald Brown of the architectural firm of Peabody, Wilson & Brown purchased this 18th century farm house and enlarged it into what would become 'East Farm', his estate in Smithtown c. 1914.

I'm not sure what that place is to the right. They recently built a small gated community in there, I'm assuming it may be part of that?
