Timothy J. Shea Residence
The Timothy J. Shea residence, designed by Dwight James Baum c. 1930 in Bay Shore. Shea was a Brooklyn lawyer, the house was Baum's third commission on Long Island.
Hey, I've lived in Bay Shore nearly my entire life, and though I can't be sure it's the exact same home, this house does look awfully like one in the O'Connee Estates area. I think on Gardiner Lane.
Fun fact: Gardiner Lane, Gardiner's Park and Gardiner Manor Elementary School in Bay Shore are all named after famous resident First Lady Julia Gardiner Tyler.
The house was at 90 Garner Lane, Bay Shore. My family owned it for 50 years. It belonged to my grandparents. Dr and Mrs Ralph L Evans. We sold it in 1979. Sadly it was demolished a few years ago. My family affectionately referred to the estate as "Windenwater". Victoria

I lived at 17 Garner Lane and you are right, this house is on that street.
