Dorwood', originally the
Victor Emanuel estate designed by
John Stewart Barney c. 1927 in
North Hills. The house was later sold to
Cornelius Kelley, chairman of
Anaconda Copper Mining Co. and a director of the 1939 New York World's Fair, who renamed the estate '
Sunny Skies'. In 1958
Joseph Peter Grace II (who lived around the corner) purchased the house and outbuildings and donated the property to the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart. Click
