It is surprising to see the continued deterioration of Spring Hill's garden wall. According to their Accepted FEIS [5-23-06], the developers (Spring Hill Farms, LLC) intended to preserve the wall in its entirety. Comparing this photo with your previous posts, the upper part of the center section is in urgent need of repair. Are the development plans on hold?

yeah zach - whats up with the wall? if you go to the developers website, the wall looks to be in better condition. is this an old pic or are the developers just funning us and then going to demolish the wall?
