'Barberrys'
'Barberrys', the Nelson Doubleday estate designed by Harrie Lindeberg c. 1916 in Mill Neck. Click HERE for more on 'Barberrys' and HERE to see a sales brochure from when the estate was for sale in the 1940s. Photo from Arts & Decoration, 1919.

In case it wasn't noted before - the 13-acre property was sold July 2012 for $10M
This was a nifty video tour (with rather high quality) to 'Edgewater' in Barrytown, NY. The former Gore Vidal owned manse acquired by Dick Jenrette does look wonderful especially during the lush summer months.
