Can you say D E V E L O P E R ?
Can easily be subdivided while retainng the main house will wait and see RT
nicest people on the planet, That Harris family..great provenance, this one..Grandpa Harris , mayor of Brookville...waaaay back when.
Hopefully not developed. Owned by a member of the Grace family I'd hope they would discourage someone from subdividing the property.

I think it is one of the most lovely (enhanced further because of the land size) of the old homes to be found on the Gold Coast. Manageable in size, stately to the eye, instant status conveyed to the buyer, and yet all in subtle package oozing of quality craftsmanship.
The link to the sale listing doesn't seem to work.
Lovely house- a tad dark, and not particularly majestic views from the house, given the size of the property, but lovely, just the same.
The Diego Suarez residence is just to the south and west of this place- wonder who owns that now...
Strange...the listing is now gone. Did it sell between yesterday and today?
Damn; guess I'll have to find another house to buy when I win the lottery tonight...
..it really is the epitome of understated class & luxury.
The new Designers' Showcase?
