For those who have visited the property in recent years is there any visible use of the grand stable structure?
I'm somewhat surprised to jumpstart the development this wouldn't have already been converted into a marque residence.
The stable and surrounding acreage were the first parcels purchased...probably 6 or 7 years ago at this point. Privately owned and not in use.
I thought they were still used as stables.
