To me today's photos look more recent than the ones posted on 11.29.10 because of the stage of the outside ivy. I mention this because S. O'Brien - Canada commented the furniture in the library was never moved because Mr. Farwell had gone blind. The library furniture has been moved between the two library photos, although the sofa appears to have the same floral upholstery.
There is my meaningless observation for the day.
Could these photos date from after the property was purchased by East Woods? There was a reflecting pool in the back (North Side) that is absent here that I believe the founders of East Woods filled in.
